Aidy holds a variety of different roles over a few different companies. More information on exactly what he gets up to is listed below:

TV Shows

Aidy has produced and presented three award-winning TV series which sit on Amazon Prime and are regularly featured on major airlines across the world. The series follow his passions in the drinks world with series one focussing on Scotch whisky, series two on Irish food, drink and tourism and series three on all things Cognac.

Aidy’s presenting doesn’t end on TV though as he regularly creates and presents documentaries on radio, his most recent documentaries are:

In addition to his documentaries, Aidy has a bi-monthly show on BBC Radio London in which he gives the low down on London’s most popular drinks, food and places to go. You can see an example episode here.

Written Work

Aidy is also passionate about sharing all things food and drink via his wine and spirits articles in The Independent. In these articles he deep dives into the best liquid to put in your glass as well as the most LGBTQIA+ friendly bars and restaurants to visit.

Social Media

When it comes to social, Aidy wears 2 hats, @sypped is his account for sharing all things wine, food and drinks related comedy. His @dislabeled account, which he started at the end of last year, has been created to share his knowledge on and journey with Tourette Syndrome and ADHD as well as information about other neurodivergent conditions.

Charity Work

Aidy is extremely passionate about normalising neurodivergence. As a result, you will regularly find him at conferences and galas both on panels and hosting them as well as making appearances on the radio and TV to spread the word about Tourette Syndrome, ADHD and more. Aidy is a patron for Europe’s largest Neurodivergence Charity, ‘The ADHD Foundation & Neurodiversity Charity’, alongside being the Global Ambassador for the Tourette Association of America.

DRINKLUSIVE

Aidy is also the brains behind DRINKLUSIVE, a mentorship program for aspiring drinks writers and content creators from underrepresented communities. Each year he takes 6 new mentees under his wing and arms them with the training, skills and network necessary to thrive within the drinks industry once the mentorship comes to an end.
